Welcome to Tantrum Translator. By using this mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use, which constitute a legally binding End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and SoulAura.

The app does not provide medical, psychological, or professional pediatric advice. Always consult a qualified professional with any concerns about your child's developmental health or behavior.

1. Standard Apple EULA Agreement

This application operates under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. By downloading and installing this app, you agree to comply with all terms set forth in the Standard EULA, which can be viewed here: Apple Standard EULA.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Model: Premium features are available through a monthly auto-renewing subscription priced at $3.99 / month.
Auto-Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time via your device's Apple ID account settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions).
Refunds: All transaction fees, billing, and refunds are managed directly by Apple. SoulAura does not have the ability to refund subscription charges.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Tantrum Translator solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SoulAura or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the parenting suggestions or scripts provided within the app.
